I, Mary Lyle of the town of Hebron in the County of Washington & State of
New York, being of sound mind & memory do make publish & declare this
my last Will & Testament in manner following that is to say:
I give & bequeath to my nephew James T. Foster all my personal property of
whatsoever name or nature consisting of money & notes of hand & other
property & I do hereby ominate & appoint John
T. McClellan to be the executor of this my last Will & Testament hereby
revoking all former wills by me made.

this 5th day of August 1875.
