In the name of God, Amen. I, Polly Wright, of the town of Greenwich in the County of Washington and State of New York do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner & form following; this is to say
I give, devise and bequeath to my son Morgan Wright all my real and personal property and estate of every kind, nature and description whatsoever to him, his heirs and assigns forever.
I hereby appoint my said son Morgan Wright Executor of this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 22d day of February 1861.

The foregoing instrument was at the date thereof signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Polly Wright as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

D. A. Boies and Porter Reynolds, both of Greenwich within said county, being first duly sworn in open Court severally deposed, say that they were acquainted with the above named Polly Wright in her life time and that they and each of them were present and saw her subscribe her name at the end of the instrument in writing now produced and exhibited to them purporting to be the last Will and Testament of the said deceased bearing date the twenty second day of February A.D. one thousand eight hundred and sixty one. That the said deceased at the time of subscribing her name as aforesaid published and declared the said instrument to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of these deponents and of each of them and these deponents at the request of the said deceased and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed their names respectively thereto as witnesses to the execution thereof that at the time of the execution thereof the said deceased was a citizen of the United States, above the age of twenty one years, of sound disposing mind and memory and not under restraint to the best of the knowledge, information and belief of these deponents.
