Last Will and Testament of Russell W. Robinson.
In the Name of God, Amen:
I, Russell Robinson, of the Town of Greenwich in the County of Washington and
State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare
this my last Will and Testament, in manner following, that is to say:
First. - I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
Second. - I give and bequeath to each of my following nephews and nieces to
Robinson Burch, Russell Burch, Robert Burch and Merrell Burch each one hundred
($100.00) dollars: to Charles Gifford and Mary Downs each fifty ($50.00)
dollars: to Addie Boland, Helen McLellon, Lillian
Robinson, Howard Robinson, Albert Robinson, and Elmer Robinson, (the son of
Benjamin Robinson,) each fifty ($50.00) dollars: to Fred Robinson and Elmer
Robinson, the son of Hiram Robinson, each one hundred ($100.00) dollars: to
Jennie Walden and Emily Falling each one hundred ($100.00) dollars and Anna
Richards, Jerome Robinson and Carrie Liddell, each ($50.00) dollars: to Harry
Miller my watch and chain and fifty ($50.00) dollars: to Anna Dewell my piano and stool and fifty ($50.00) dollars: to
Elmer Maxwell the sum of five hundred ($500.00) dollars.
Third: I give, bequeath and devise to my sister Frances A. Whelden
all the rest, residue and remainder of my property of every name and nature,
both real and personal.
Lastly, I hereby appoint Frances A. Whelden and
Charles Gifford, executrix and executor of this, my last Will and Testament;
hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name the 19th day of March in
the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eight.

We, whose names are hereto subscribed, Do Certify that Russell Robinson, the
testator, subscribed his name to this instrument in our presence and in the
presence of each of us, and at the same time, in our presence and hearing,
declared the same to be his last Will and Testament, and requested us, and each
of us, to sign our names thereto as witnesses in the execution thereof, which
we hereby do in the presence of the testator and of each other, on the day of
the date of the said Will, and write opposite our names our respective places
of residence.

I, Frederick Fraser, Surrogate of the said county, do certify that the
foregoing is a correct record of the Last Will and Testament of Russell W.
Robinson, late of the town of Greenwich, in said county, deceased, that said
Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate as a Will of real and personal
estate and recorded the 20th day of February, 1911; that a correct transcript
of the testimony taken by me on the probate thereof is recorded in Proof
Probate of Wills, Vol. 1, at page 250.
