I, Sarah C. Moss, of the village of Sandy Hill, Washington
County, New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, ordain, publish and
declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say
First:
After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give, devise and bequeath
unto my daughters, S. Emma Moss and Carrie E. Moss, the use of the house and
lot, owned by me, situated in the village of Sandy Hill, Washington County, New
York, on the southerly side of Locust Street ------- for and during the time
they shall severally remain unmarried, and from and after the marriage, or the
death, unmarried, of either of my said daughters, I give and devise unto the
one of my said daughters who shall remain unmarried, the said use for and
during the time she shall remain unmarried, and from and after the marriage, or
the death of that one of my said two daughters who shall the longer remain
unmarried and surviving, I give and devise the said house and lot situated as
aforesaid to my children who shall be then surviving, to be divided between
them share and share alike.
Second:
I give and bequeath unto my said daughters, S. Emma Moss and Carrie E. Moss,
all and every of my personal property and estate, of every name and nature and
kind whatsoever and wherever situated, to be theirs and their heirs and assigns
forever, and in case either of my said daughters shall die before my decease,
then, I give and bequeath unto the survivor of my said two daughters all of the
said property and estate to be hers and her heirs and assigns forever.
Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint S. Emma Moss and Carrie E. Moss to be
executrixes of this my last Will and Testament, hereby ----ing
all former wills by me made.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the
seventh day of March in the year one thousand eight hundred ninety-one.

The above instrument consisting of 3/4 this sheet(?) Was at the date thereof
subscribed by Sarah C. Moss in the presence of us and each of us she at the
time of making such subscription, acknowledged that she made the same and
declared the said instrument as subscribed by her to be her Last Will and
Testament. Whereupon, we then and there at her request and in
her presence and the presence of each other, subscribed our names as witnesses
thereto.

Grenville M. Ingalsbee and Caroline E. Edwards whose
names are signed to the said will as witness, being each severally and duly
sworn and examined as a witness in the above entitled matter, says and each for
himself or herself says,
I was acquainted with the above named Sarah C. Moss in her lifetime and was
present and saw her subscribe her name on the end of the instrument now shown
to me and offered for Probate as her Last Will and Testament bearing date the
seventh day of March one thousand eight hundred and ninety one. At the time of
subscribing her name as aforesaid, the said decedent published and declared the
said instrument to be her Last Will and Testament in the presence of myself and of the other subscribing witness above named. I
then subscribed my name as a witness to the said instrument, at the request,
and in the presence of the said decedent and of the said other int....s and I saw the said other int
s sign his or her name thereto and know that he or she did so at the request of
the said decedent and in her presence.
The said decedent at said time was over the age of twenty-one years and in my
opinion was of sound mind and memory and not under restraint.

Testament of Sarah C. Moss, late of the town of Kingsbury, in the said county,
deceased, and also of the testimony taken by me on the probate thereof as a
Will of real and personal estate, which said Last Will and testament was
admitted to Probate and recorded this 6th day of November, 1901.
