I, William B. Washburn of the town of Whitehall, County of Washington and State of New York, do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is tosay:

First: I direct the payment of my just debts, if any.

Second: I give to my beloved wife, Isabel all of the personal property of which I die possessed to be hers absolutely.

Third: I give to my said wife all of my real estate during the term of her natural life, and at her death I will and direct that my said real estate be divided equally among my children and giving to any descendants of a deceased child of mine the share of their parents, hereby intending to divide my real estate after my wife's death as it would be divided by law in the absence of a will.

Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my said wife Isabel and my son Ira A. Washburn to be executrix & executor of this, my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the eighth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety eight.
