In the name of God Amen. I WILLIAM TRIPP of the Township of Queensbury and State of New York yeoman this Second day of the third month in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty nine; Do make and declare this my Last will and Testament, Revoking all other and former Wills; in manner and form following, viz: I do first apoint all my Debts and personal Expences to be paid out of m Real and personal Estate, by my Executors hereafter named.

I give unto my two well beloved a Sons JONATHAN and JAMES. One hundred acres of land off of the south end of my farm, on which I now live, in Equal Devision between them; I give unto my well beloved Son THOMAS all the obligations which I have Received of AGUSTIN ODLE for fifty acres of land all of the N west Corner of my sd farm; I Give unto my beloved Wife all the Remaining part of my farm untill my beloved Son WILLIAM becomes of lawful age, with all m Stock and Farming Utensials if She remains my Widow so long, and then to be Equally Divided between her and my Son WILLIAM; but if she should marry or decease before he is of age, it is My will that it should be converted to the best use for him, at the descression of my Executors untill he comes of lawful age and then to be Given to him as his own Estate but if she should live untill he is of age, is My will that at her Marriage, or decease, that WILLIAM should have all that I have Given to her, Except all my housel furniture, which I give to her at her own disposal, but if WILLIAM should decease before he is of lawful age and without heirs, It is my will that at the Marriage or decease of my wife that all that I have Given to her or WILLIAM, except the housel furniture, Should be equally devided between the rest of my sons, aforesaid.

And lastly I do appoint my wife LOIS TRIPP, and GEORGE SOUTHWICK, Executors of this my Last will and testament.

Washington County}ss: Be it remembered that on the nineteenth day of May in the ear of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and two personally came and appeared before me Edward Savage, Surrogate of the said County RATCHEL FERRIS on of the Subscribing witnesses to the preceeding will and being duly sworn on her oath declared that She did see WILLIAM TRIPP sign and seal the preceeding instrument purporting to be the will of the said WILLIAM TRIPP Bearing date the second day of the third month in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty nine and heard him Publish and declare the same as and for his last will and Testament That at the time thereof he the said WILLIAM TRIPP was of sound disposing mindand memory to the best of the knowledge and belief of her, the deponent that her name Subscribed to the said will is of her own hand writing which she subscribed as a witness to the said will in the presence of the Testator and that She the deponent saw DAVID FERRISS and PHEBE FERRISS the other witnesses to the said will Subscribe their names as witnesses thereto in the Testators presence.

And be it also Remembered that on the same day GEORGE SOUTHWICK the Executor in the said will named Likewise appeared before me the said Edward Savage and was duly sworn to the true Execution and performance of the said will by taking the Usal oath as an Executor as by Law appointed before me.
