The Last Will and
Testament of ORSON

In the name of
God, Amen.
I, ORSON SALISBURY of the town of Greenwich in the County of Washington and
state of New York being of sound mind and memory do make, and publish, and
declare this my last will and testament, in manner following, that is to say,
I give and bequeath to
my wife AMANDA all my estate, both real and personal, of what nature or kind to
her whom I hereby appoint sole executrix of this my last will and testament
hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of April in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy –seven.

instrument consisting of one sheet was at the date thereof signed, sealed,
published and declared by the said ORSON SALISBURY as and for his last will and
testament in presence of us who as he requested and in his presence and in the
presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

In the matter of
proving the last will and testament of ORSON SALISBURY deceased
Washington Co.
MORGAN HEATH and D.W.
REID of Greenwich in said county being duly sworn in open court < lly> depose and say that they were acquainted with the
above named ORSON SALISBURY in his life time and that they and each of them
were present and saw him subscribe his name at the end of the instrument in
writing now produced and exhibited to them purporting to be the last will and
testament of the said deceased bearing date the 3rd day of April A.D. one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven. That the said deceased at the time of
inscribing his name as aforesaid published and declared the said instrument to
be his last will and testament in the presence of these deponents and each of
them and these deponents at the request of the said deceased and in his
presence and in the presence of each other subscribed their names respectively
as witnesses to the execution thereof.
That at the time of
the execution thereof the said deceased was a citizen of the United States
above the age of twenty-one years of sound disposing mind and memory and not
under restraint to the best of the knowledge, information and belief of these
deponents.
