bequeath all my property of every name and nature (excepting
the house and lot where I now reside and store shop and adjoining as above
referred to) to my daughter Carrie A. Robinson to be hers her heirs and assigns
forever.
Fourth. I hereby authorize and empower my executor and
executrix hereafter named to sell and convey as executor and executrix any or
all of my property (except my house residence) and convert the same into money
or securities whenever in their judgment, it shall be in the best interest of
my estate to do so.
Fifth. I hereby nominate and appoint my friend Nathan
S. Langdon and my wife Caroline M. Robinson as executor and executrix of this
