Martin Washburn of Fort Ann
probated 22 Feb 1859

I, Martin Washburn of the town of Fort Ann in the County of Washington and State of New York of the age thirty eight years and upwards, and being of sound mind and memory, but feeble in health do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say.

First. I give and bequeath to my wife Louis Phidelia Washburn the undivided one third part of all my real estate to hav eand to hold the same as long as she shall be and remain my widow.

Second. I give and devise all the rest, residue and remainder of my real and personal estate of every name and nature whatsoever to my said son Ephraim Washburn and my said daughters Sylva Washburn and Martha Lucinda Washburn to be divided equally between them share and share alike.

And lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint my friend Ensign Haskin of the said town of Fort Ann to be the executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight.
