I Melvina Reynolds of
First I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my exortors (sic) hereinafter named.
Second. I devise and bequeath to Maud Fowler all my property and estate of
whatever kind whether real personal or mixed and whether legal or equitable
Third. I hereby nominate and appoint William G. Watson my Brother executor Maud
Fowler executrix of this my last will and testament and request that they be
allowed to qualify without security other that her own personal bond.

the testimony taken by me on the probate thereof is recorded in Proof Probate
of Wills Vol. 1, at page 476
