Will
I, Phillip Rooker being of sound mind and memory do
make ordain publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament that is
to say First; after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give devise
and bequeath all my estate both real and personal of which I may (*?transcriber
cannot read) or possessed together with all the right title or interest that I
may have in any estate real or personal at the time of my decease
Likewise I make, constitute and appoint the said Madison Rooker
to be executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former
wills by me made and I hereby request that he be not required to give security
as such executor
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the
tenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-six
