Thomas Dundon.
In the name of God Amen. I Thomas Dundon
of the Town of
First. I hereby give devise and bequeath to my beloved
wife Anna all my real estate & personal property of whatever nature or
description & wherever situate during her natural life and after her death
to my children share and share alike to be divided equally between them &
in the event of the remarriage of my said wife it is my will to divide and
bequeath and I do hereby devise and bequeath said property to my children as
above share and share alike.
Second. I hereby appoint my said wife executrix of this my Will hereby revoking
all other wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
25th day of February 1882.

Signed in our presence and in the presence of each of us at the request of the
testator by him and acknowledged by him to us and each of us to be his last
Will and Testament and signed by us as witnesses in the presence of the
testator.

In the matter of proving the last Will and Testament of Thomas Dundon Deceased
Washington County ss.
Michael Flemming and John Dundon
being duly sworn in open court severally depose and say that they were
acquainted with the above named Thomas Dundon in his
lifetime and that they and each of them were present and saw him subscribe his
name at the end of the instrument in writing now produced and exhibited to them
purporting to be the last Will and Testament of the said deceased bearing date
the Twenty fifth day of February A.D. one Thousand eight hundred and eighty
two. That the said deceased at the time of subscribing his name as aforesaid
published and declared the said instrument to be his last Will and Testament in
the presence of these deponents and of each of them and these deponents at the
request of the said deceased and in his presence and in the presence of each
other subscribed their names respectively thereto as witnesses to the execution
thereof. The deponent Michael Flemming by making his
mark as by said signature to said instrument appears,
which said mark the said deponent now identifies as well as the instrument
aforesaid as being marked by him on the said date; and the deponent John Dundon by affixing his proper signature thereto. That at
the time of the execution thereof the said deceased was a citizen of the United
States above the age of twenty one years of sound disposing mind and memory and
not under restraint to the best of the knowledge information and belief of
these deponents.

appearing to me to understand the same.

Cornelius L. Allen of said County being duly sworn says that he drew and
prepared the last Will and Testament of Thomas Dundon
now produced before the Surrogate of Washington County for proof & now
shown him. That he also drew and prepared the mark of one of the witnesses to
said Will to wit. Michael Flemming & that he
wrote the name of the said Flemming and saw him make
and acknowledge said mark by touching the pen by which said mark was made and
that the paper now shown & exhibited is the identical paper to which the
said Flemming made and acknowledged his mark as a
Witness to the last Will and Testament of said Thomas Dundon.
