I, William G. Watson of the Town of Fort Edward in the County of Washington and
the State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and
declare this my last Will and Testament, in manner following, that is to say:
First.- I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
Second. - I Give and bequeath to my Beloved Daughter Jennie K. Livermore all of
my Personal Property now on the Farm homestead now ocupied
(sic) by me
Third - I give and bequeath to my Beloved Daughter Nettie M. Leggett all the
Residue of my Estate
Lastly, I hereby appoint my Beloved Daughter Jennie K. Livermore without Bond
to be exectutrix of this, my Last Will and Testament:
hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name the 24 day of March, in
the year One thousand nine hundred and ten

We, whose names are hereto subscribed, Do Certify, that on the 24 day of March
1910 William G. Watson the testator, subscribed his name to this instrument in
our presence of each of us, and at the same time, in our presence and hearing,
declared the same to be his last Will and Testament, and requested us, and each
of us, to sign our names thereto as witnesses to the execution thereof, which
we hereby do in the presence of the testator an of each other, on the said
date, and write opposite our names our respective places of residence.

I, Frederick Fraser, surrogate of the said county, do hereby certify that the
foregoing is a correct record of the Last Will and Testament of William G.
Watson, late of the Town of Fort Edward, in said county, deceased; that said
Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate as a Will of real and personal
estate and recorded the 8th day of February, 1911; that a correct copy of the
transcript of the testimony taken by me on the probate thereof is recorded in
Proof Probate of Wills, Vol. 1, at 245.
